Dr. Nathan Hitchcock

Dr. Hitchcock comes alongside organizations to set up competency-based training systems that utilize effective forms of supervision.  He trains educators and administrators, co-builds curricula, sets up lithe assessment systems, meets compliance, identifies tech options and finds solutions. Sensitive to organizational transitions, he empowers organizations, from get-it-going to get-it-done.

Dr. Hitchcock is an expert in the world of CBE/CBTE. His work includes the curricular architecture for Kairos Project, which led to the tripling of enrolled students at Sioux Falls Seminary (now Kairos University). He has helped denominations, missions agencies, and churches implement leading edge competency-based training systems. He is based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
